A referral offer serves a new customer making a qualifying first purchase through a referral link. Woolx Cash is a separate earned-points balance that members can redeem against a later purchase. Compare the route you actually qualify for before relying on a discount shown by another shopper.
When redeeming points, check the account balance, expiration rules and any restriction on combining rewards with a promotion. The rewards page notes that certain offers may be excluded from combined discounts. A points balance is a future purchasing benefit, rather than money taken off an earlier order.
The shipping and return policy also separates exchanges, store-credit returns and cash-refund returns. Free exchange handling does not mean a refund return has no fee. Check the conditions for a clearance or discontinued item before choosing a size you may need to change.
